I have taken these gels now for the past three years. Great price and convenient. Cycling daily these really give you that boost when needed. Easy to use and light to carry. Flavours generally great and using multi.flavour packs means you never know what comes out next. My only criticism would be size of sachets, they should be bigger and perhaps re sealable.

It's really an awesome products. Great taste, moderate sweetness, and convenient to tear open. It is the greatest product among all the gel I've ever tested. I really recommend to buy this if you need to replenish energy during training or racing.

I like the fact you get a mixture of flavours as well as a mix of caffeinated and non caffeinated. They don't upset the stomach, the top stays on when you rip it open with your teeth and as they are the same width all the way up you get predictable 'flow' as mash them towards your mouth. They don't seem to be as sticky as some I have tried either. so none of that annoying sticking to the shifters.
