5I find these work very well and have instant effects! The best thing about this pack is that there mixed and so you are not set with the same gel over and over again! And if you haven't tried them before you're not stuck with gels you don't like as you get to try all the flavors!

4Both the High5 gels and bars are easy to eat also when you are riding with a high heartrate. They give you some effective energy and the price is very attractive.

5...without giving you a dicky tummy. I find these gels the easiest on the stomach and they give you the kick you expect. The flavours are great too. Only downside is trying to keep the top on the sachet as you rip it with your teeth just enough to get the gel out, that could be better thought through...I don't like to litter the countryside. Seriously perks you up on a hard ride.
