5Have used these tablets on numerous occasions when running and cycling and they do the job very well. Not too sweet or sickly and less messy than powders to prepare. Great product from SIS.

5Started using SiS tablets a year ago. Very pleased with the flavor. Wish you still had the Mango flavor. Love the Cola flavor.

4Excellent hydration bought as they were on offer I found they tasted fine the berry flavour and the mango flavour but neither was a patch on the High5 pink grape fruit, annoying thing about them is that the tablet is for 500ml and I have 750ml bottles another plus for the High5 as they are designed for 750ml
