I bought this for a specific event 160km road race. It kept me alert and gave me a high 5 for sure. i will be using this product now for all my racing when I want that. An advantage over other competitors.

Great pre race or training pick-me-up!

As a pre-training motivation source or when used with HIGH5 racing guidelines this mix does the job. Given the concentration of stimulants (caffeine, etc.) the drink is still palatable at a range of concentrations. Will continue to keep a tub of this on my shelf.
