Terrible execution

1

The strap that secures the bag to the seat post is terrible. My bike has a 27.2mm seat post and the strap design only allows for about .5 cm or 1/4 in of the velcro to connect leaving a couple of inches of stiff strap that can only stick out straight side ways. I will have to cut the excess off so I don't dislodge the bag with my leg.

Great bag

I already have been using the small bag for year with no complaints. But i just got a new bike and decided to upgrade everything and went for the Medium Topeak Wedge and am glad i did. The bag actually does not take up more space but is expandable. I do 'centuries' every year and the extra room will come in handy during my 5 plus hours in the saddle. There is nothing negative about this bag.

Perfect fit.

This is a quality product with enough room for the essentials needed for tire repair and your wallet or phone. A small CO2 pump will fit in it too. Great price from Pro Bike Kit. Buy with confidence.

Medium is Large

4

The Topeak saddle bags are great - tough, durable, well designed. The Medium size (expandable) is actually quite large for the average road cyclist, and could easily fit 4 x tubes, tool kit, CO2 canisters, etc. If you're looking for something that holds 2 tubes, tools and CO2, go with the Small. If you want room for a small lunch, go with the Medium. Cannot fault the manufacturing though, as I'm just replacing mine after 3 years!

A big medium

4

I've had a Topeak saddle bag for 5 years, and found it durable, affordable and well-made. The current range is quite large, so the medium (which is expandable) is actually too large for my liking, and could easily carry 4 tubes, CO2 x 2, multi-tool, patch kit and a sandwich! (I'll be ordering a "small" next time, which holds 2 tubes and all the rest, except the sandwich.) But if you carry a lot of stuff, this bag is ideal.
