Rim crack after 1 year of use

I thought I love these rims but recently discovered the rear rim cracked after less than a year of use. Definitely the worse rims I have ever had.

These were a replacement set for 2003 wheels whose braking surfaces were worn. I was looking for basic wheels with non-aero spokes and a Campy freehub-compatible rear hub. The Fulcrum Racing 6 hubs run smoothly, the spokes were properly tensioned so the rims were true, and the price was right. One star off because it took 15 days from order acknowledgement to delivery.
