Veloflex Masters
5Awesome product for road riding. I noticed the difference immediately, on the first ride. They seem to "smooth out" the bumps in the road, and are excellent in cornering, really holding the road. I highly recommend!

Low puncture resistance
3Suffer a puncture with a 5 mm cut on the rear tyre on the 2nd ride. Disappointed. Suffered another Puncture again on the same tyre on my 5th ride. Given up

Raging red
5I purchased a pair of velowflex master 23 x 700 on 8/1/16 . I only have about 50 miles on these tires so we will have to see how they hold up in the long term. But as of now they are great. A very fast tire for sure. .You can pump them up to 10 bar wow. I didn't pump them up that much but I did go up to 125-130 lbs. They are very supple and give a nice smooth ride. I got them here at pro bike kit for a reducalis price. My lbs carrys them but at pro bike kit I got them both for what my lbs sells one for.they corner great.i do all city driving so they seem pretty puncture resistant so far . I would recommend them along with pro bike kit.

great tire
5i replaced Extenza R1X with Master 23, front and rear. They are more than I expected. I usually take half day ride, 6 to 10 hours weekend. They are smooth, and comfortable. Even in a rainy ride, their grip will down a bit without wheel rock and side slide. R1X is a little bit lighter than Master23, but I feel stop and go at the signal has been eased than before, which maybe come from their smoothness. I did not have any puncture yet after 500km use.

fast and smooth
5To be truthful, I bought these tyres for the appearance. I wanted a clincher that looked like an old tubular for a period bike. Howveer they are a lovely tyre to ride on and have lasted ,time wise, very well. I haven't ridden many thousands of k's on the tyre so can't say how economical they are in that regard.

best gumwall clinchers out there
5my title sez it all... i've ridden these same tires off & on for several years. got the bug to try some other gumwalls like Vittoria Open Corsa & Panaracer Pasela along the way & came back to Veloflex...IMHO they are sooo much better. fast, racy, quick handling yet stable, & pretty damn flat resistant.. caught a very a good deal on 'em here on PBK too, so am very happy....
