Fantastic race day tyre

I've read quite a few negative reviews for these tyres, however I'm not sure this is fully justified. These are very vast rolling, incredibly light and are designed as a tt race day tyre, the downside is they aren't as rubust as other tyres and are prone to cuts and punctures, but that is an acceptable risk for the intended use. If you want to use as an everyday tyre on British roads, then maybe look for another tyre. That being said, I have had a set on the road bike for over 1,000 miles, with only one puncture that struggled to seal.

Easy to fit, but punctures galore

These are easy to fit and popped up with a track pump. They puncture easily though, always losing pressure and needing to be resealed . Won't be buying again.

Tyres are just ok

The tires look very nice. It was fairly easy to setup. The problem with my tyres is that I have been in 4 rides and had 3 flats! Thank goodness for the sealent! The roads are very and haven’t have any flats in 3 years with other brands. The rubber seams to be very thin. One more flat and those are going in the garbage

Good but not good enough

I currently have 425 miles on these tires, and the review is so so for me. For starters, the rear blew out over something I ran over right over the centerline, not a big cut either, but Orange sprayed everywhere. Patched the underside of the tire and have been running a tube with it for now. The rear tire is already squaring up in the center already. The front is doing great, no flats, runs nice. The mounting was easy for these tires, the ride is smooth and the grip seems great. I ended up buying the Conti 5000 based on tests and reviews. I wouldn't recommend these tires, at least not the skin wall.
