Solid

5

Heavy and solid, free from play. The thread is tight though -- be careful not to cross thread your hanger!

Reliable Park

Like all things Park this thing is quality all round. Very sturdy and very easy to assemble and use. Awesome bit of kit and every home workshop should have one. First thing when tuning gears is to check the wheel is straight and then check the hanger. You will be surprised how often you will use this tool.

Quick & easy to use & set-up. Peace of mind when indexing gears to know the hanger is straight!!

Dag hanger alignment

5

Pretty cheap way of getting perfect shifting across the whole family's bikes. I was amazed at how far out of alignment most hangers were. Simple to use and is more than robust enough for the occasional use of home mechanic.

Nice Tool

Great for sorting out problems with your shifting/bent derailleur hanger. Takes a couple of minutes to sort out any alignment problems.

Great tool!

How many times have you had to deal with slightly skipping chain on the cassette or it not shifting right? Only to find the hanger just slightly off. Usually the best way is to pull the hanger off and set it on a flat surface to see if it is bent or twisted.

But when you have no replacement hanger available you are stuck. I carry this tool with me to races and leave it in the trunk of the car. You never know when you will need it.

A great tool! A must have. Not just for shops.

Becoming antiquated

Most frames have replaceable dropout hangers now. If your frame doesn't...the amtount of times you will crash and require this tool are still limited. Shop tool really...if you have one at home...time to work on your balance or risk taking nature!
