Does the job
4These cutters do what they're supposed to do. Minor gripe would no or insufficient spring tension to push the jaws fully open, so you'll need to push them open yourself.

5Got fed up with chewed end on cables so took the plunge for some proper cutters - very pleased, strong and easy to use and added bonus of crimp faces for cable end caps

3Like generally all bike tools, these seem to perform absolutely zero percentage points better than your average cable cutters, (had for half the price). Park tools disappoints again with name branding wizardry. It will do the job however, so go nuts.

5These have never failed me. I have used them many, many times now and they always provide a crisp, clean cut. Park Tools are by far the best -- spend a bit more money to get the proper tools.

4I had a pair of cheap cable cutters, but these produce far superior results. They produce a clean cut on inners and outers, but the end cap crimper is a bit fiddly to use.

5Yes these cutters are expensive, but the adage you get what you pay for holds true. Other cutters may do the job, but the thing is it won't do it as well. The handles are big and easy to grip, and as long as you make a quick strong motion when you cut, it won't crush your housing. After using some other cutters when people have borrowed mine, I am glad I have the Park one as opposed to others

I have used other cable cutters, but this one is just the best.
It cuts my cables and housings cleanly.
You get what you pay for when it comes to tools and I think this cutter is worth it.
