Numbness gone
4I’ve been looking for a better fitting saddle for my 3T Strada. Have tried several but was always left with some numbness especially when I went into the drop bars. The fizik-tempo-argo-r3-saddle is a perfect balance of comfort on the hoods and on the drops. Surprisingly the was very little to adjust to it. Boys are happier.

Headaches from bumps
2The main pet peeve I have with this saddle is the lack flex to the ratio of padding. The padding absorbs pumps very well, and so do you... hence the headaches. I feel like this saddle is trying to do a bit of everything and not hitting the mark. Pros - Short nose for racing (26 cm) which it works well, but slightly less ideal for more static positions (27+ cm). - It helped more than I thought going up hills - Easily into aggressive positions - Flexible sides - Channel works well Cons - Not enough flex for bumps (body absorbs harder bumps and can cause soreness/headaches) - Hotspots on long rides - Not the most breathable material - Slippery when wet - Sides can clip thighs - Hard to set up (angle of seat)

Great Seat
5I've had a bunch of seats over the years. This is, without question, one of the most comfortable seats I've had. Maybe the most comfortable. It has lot of flex in it (the good kind), allowing you to work it. Good support on your sit bones, no pressure in the wrong places. The rise in the rear also works to hold you in place. It's like a Recaro on a bike.

Terrible saddle
1I have two Fizik saddles and this one is on my static trainer, this is by far the worse saddle I have come across I have a particular problem with one of my sit bones with this saddle. I am hoping it’s just a case of wearing the saddle in otherwise I’ll be removing it.
