I expected better
3I was surprised with the plastic construction, but they seem strong enough. After using them for 3 weeks, they started creaking, and I am still looking for a solution. Not sure if it is the pedal, the contact surface, or the cleat against the shoe. I switched from Speedplay, which has two sided entry, so it is taking a while to get used to flipping the pedal to clip in. Having some trouble with that.

5Upgraded a 10+ years old Look pedal. . . the wider platform makes everything just a bit smoother. Couldn't beat the deal with shipping. Was tempted to go carbon, but the weight difference was so small, and everything I read said the performance was the same. So I saved a few more $$.

5I have used LOOK pedals for.....well....maybe 30 years already. The pedals are easy to mount and easy to click in and out. I think, considering inflation, the pedals have gotten cheaper each order. I bough two pair to replace my last set of LOOKS. Yes, the do wear out if you go out a ride.....a lot. :-)
