Fantastic pedals for cyclists and triathletes. The plastic cleats are great for triathletes who run with shoes on in the transition zone, and for anyone else that doesn't want to scratch up wooden floors in the house. Easy entry and exit, and the cleats are surprisingly durable. Good amount of float, and the price is right.
Report this reviewI replaced the old style look pedals with the Keo 2 Max's and am very happy with the results. The keo's were easy to install and they saved about 1/3 of a pound. As usual, the Look pedals worked flawlessly and look neat. The price was well within my budget, and although I'm not overly concerned with weight, it's always nice to be able to reduce it. PS: I 'fall' way outside your age group categories at more than 3/4 ths of a century:)
Report this reviewI bought them to replace older worn out Keo Classics and have been very happy with them since. I can feel the increased contact area. Bottom line is they are great pedals at a great price.
Report this reviewgreat pedals for road sprinters. Lots of contact with cleat & adjustable tension
Report this reviewGreat Pedal! I bought my first set when they first came out on the market. Now that I had 45,000 miles on the old ones with only slight wear on the rear spring lock, I decided to buy another pair.. The price was right and the quality was excellent.. So you might say I would buy them again..
Report this reviewBought these to replace 10 year old KEO Max Carbon pedals with worn out platforms. Light, solid, more stable engagement. Bearings not silky, but they will improve with use. Black option is black, not gray as pitctured.
Report this reviewBest pedals ever. Light weight and nice platform
Report this reviewTime-honoured, simple, effective, no-maintenance pedals from Look. Lets you go out and ride, that's all. No problems or complaints.
Report this reviewWhen buying pedals, it is important to buy the better one, and it is coming with a great price, so much better.

I have owned a pair of these pedals for over a year and they have done many rides. Previously I have used Shimano. I purchased a white pair of Keos which look super when new and clean. Axles rotate freely and weight is good. Q-factor allowance has been good and after a professional bike fit I now use 2 washers each side to keep my knees aligned.
There are two things you need to be aware of.... Firstly, the cleats for these peadls do not offer any traction whatsoever when you are off the bike and I have nearly injured myself a few times now on wet surfaces. Secondly and as previously pointed out the pedals can be awkward to clip into as they are naturally weighted so they rest at an upwards and slightly backward angle which to my opinion is not the best for locating the shoe clips. I think these pedals and cleats could be improved significantly for both of these reasons. Next set of pedals I buy will be Shimano.
