Universally recognised, Continental inner tubes are a staple of every cyclist's kit bag.
This Continental Road Race inner tube comes with a short valve, and is up to the standard of the rest of Continental's inner tube products. Getting stuck out in the wilderness - or anywhere for that matter - with a flat tyre can be devastating and will often cut a good ride short. Carrying a spare inner tube, such as the Continental Race Road, can be a lifesaver. - T.H

This is a pretty good deal. The tire is super light and you can forget about the weight penalty of the 80 mm valve if you want to use it on deep dish wheels. I almost not use the valve extension since I bought this tire. Be aware this is not your everyday tire. I got slow flats after 2 month of using it but if you care about the race day performance this is the way to go.
For many years I've relied on Continental tubes and turned. One can't fail with these classic life savers when things go wrong on those remote roads in the hinterlands! 😎
Will be using to replace existing tubes. They don't get the credit that the tires do, but existing set has the same 5800 miles on that the tires do. I had a brain lapse and bent the stem a little, so it will be nice to get them replaced.
I have tried other tubes and seem to keep going back to these.
Its a tube, its black, it holds air and comes in a yellow tint box. Never had an issue with them, except when I failed to run my thumb inside the flat tire. Can't blame the tube however. How about this: WOw! Great tube! Perfect shade, fits perfectly, .... All true, but rather pointless.
These seem like a very high quality tube. I ride 1000+ km per month, and have never had an issue with poor tube construction with these tubes. All flats have been caused by winter punctures. I really like the replaceable valve cores since my pump tends to occasionally bend the core if I am not really careful. I can't comment on the weight since I don't race and don't really care :-)
Dependable light weight tube. Excellent performance when paired with the Continental Grand Prix 4000S tires.
I have tried nearly every tube on the market and these are the best and all I use on my many road bikes. Because of the removable valve stem This is the best tube for adding valve extensions on deep dish wheels. Love these tubes and have had fewer flats since using over the last 9 years.
Seems like a good tube, not sure how much it weighs though . .
