Bulky but stable!

Bought this to keep front of bike from "wandering" and to be able to vary the height, to avoid getting bored in one position! It is large though!

do the job

perfect but pretty big!!!

a simple thing

Simple & effective. It holds onto the front wheel well. It offers three subtly different elevations, the lowest of which sets the bike up level on a CycleOps trainer.

Additional blocks can be used to simulate steeper grades, but at $20 a piece there are better ways of creating more height.

The bottom of the block is hard plastic, which is fine on carpet, grass, dirt & pavement, but slides all over the place on hardwood floors.

If you have a trainer, this is very useful in making the front end of the bike more stable.
