I'd love to say how great these tires have been, but alas, 30 days and no delivery. When and if they do arrive, I'll tell you that I get about 2500 miles out of a set and they are very flat resistant. I ride about 200 miles a week, in all temps and weather. Neutral handling, great traction.
I have purchased the Pro4 Service Course as well as th Pro4 Endurance. Well pleased with both models. I averaged 2500 miles a year on my road bike. I've only had one flat since using them and that was from hitting a pot hole.
I have had this on my back for almost 700 mile and it has done its job. Great rolling tyre with no flats experianced.
I've got probably 1,800 miles on a set of these tires and haven't had any issues with them. They ride smoothly, corner well and, at least up to this point, have been essentially bullet proof. That said, I've not tried them hard cornering on a really wet surface. I've not had a flat or even have any substantial nicks or cuts on the riding surface. Yes, sure, they're a little bit heavier than the racing version, but I don't use them for racing although I could. But for my money, you can't beat them for value, reliability or longevity.
Good tires. High mileage but not slow.
This is my 3rd review of these tires. I will be doing a charity ride in October so I ordered another pair. I don't know that it is necessary as I don't see any appreciable wear. My only complaint is that some tire manufacturers put a wear indicator dimple, if these have one I can't find it. After 2.500+ miles these are still great tires. I had one puncture from a tack or rusted nail. I ride on some rough roads that are Texas hot and cold and wet and these skins stick to the road, roll easy and wear like iron.
Very smooth rolling, true fitting tire with a nice supple feel. I get about 3,500 miles from mine, rotating at about 1,500 miles. 5 ft - 8 inches and 165 lbs on mostly flat roads and good surfaces. About 10% wet roads. By comparison, I get about 3,000 miles from PR4 Service Course and 4,500 miles from Michelin's good ol PR2's. My preference is for the softer rubber of the 4's, which equal better cornering grip and braking in both wet & dry conditions. So, 20% cheaper than the Service Course and last 20% longer, equates to good value.
I was preparing for a ~600 mile multi-day ride and wanted a set of tires to replace my gatorskins. A friend recommended these and I noticed right away that these were smooth and supple compared to the gatorskins. I was on the saddle for many hours on the ride and the Michelin's were a great ride. No flats on the ride that included freeway junk, city debris, and gravel. I chose 23s and kept them at ~105 PSI. Considering the training prior to the ride, I have about 1,000 miles on them and they show very little wear. I would get these again!
I really can't give any review. They don't fit!!! The pro 4 's looked great, I was excited to see how they would perform. I mounted both of them up, started to roll my bike out and it felt like the brakes were on. Only to find out that the front tire was rubbing against the top of the fork. Beware these are tall tires.......I mounted these on a 2000 Trek 5900.
My second set of Michelin Pro4 endurance tires. Loved the first. These are shaping up to be the same. Grippy. Fast rolling. Seem solidly constructed.
It is what you'd expect. Easy on/off, lightweight. Pierced by fine wire, some glass.
I used to ride Michelin's exclusively, and was drawn to the siren call of the Continental GP 4000s, which I believed to have marginally better grip, convenient wear indicators, adn other minor improvements. Multiple sidewall failures later, I decided return to the Michelin fold, and I don't regret it. I take tire reviews with a grain of salt, because how well a tire wears, grips, or resists flats or other damage is very much a function of the rider, and where and how they ride. But I've had a lot of miles on the Pro4 Endurance tires and for the kind of riding I do (primary asphalt surfaces on mountain roads), they offer the best combination of flat resistance, grip and sidewall durability I've experienced, and for a very reasonable price.
I stand by my original review after riding if rain, dry and some gravelly conditions. These tires are very good and they stick to the road no matter what conditions I've encountered. I will by these again.

I replaced the stock Schwalbe Lugano, 700x25c with these in 23 with the Michelin latex tubes. It's like this old man's legs got 30 years younger. I can not believe how fast I can go with the same effort with the Schwalbes. And if I hit it I am flying. I read some reviews that suggested the ride was rough with the 23s but I really wanted the blue stripe and that''s all that was available. I must say, the Michelins are much nicer ride. My usual route has some rough patches so I am giving them a real test. Maybe it's not the tires but the latex tubes. I will continue to use latex from now on. I am 65 but am performing like when I was 35.
I have found these tires to be consistenly durable, high performance and very reliable. I would recommend them for racing as well.
