5SIS Gels...: Pro quality, UK made, great to consume, very tasty! TIP: take 1 x gel approx 30mins-1hr before workout/race and then one every 1-2hrs depending on intensity/duration. I run for up to 2 hours and find 1 gel and some organic medjool dates (yum!) before workout means I don't get any noticeable energy drop.... just rehydrate afterwards!

5Great value. Love the sis gels. Get on with them better than other brands an think they work an make a noticable difference. Great also when not had a chance to eat much an give a boost.

5It tasted really bad at first but after a few, I got used to it and now it's fine. This stuff works very well and I saw the difference in my performance.

5I take Science in Sport Go Isotonic Gel 60ml no more than 10 minutes before my body demands the output, and it can be followed up at close intervals with no after affects. It's also good for recovery, particularly after extensive hill training.

These gels are really easy to drink - they go down so easy. in terms of the energy hit they're comparable to other brands - netiher here nor there, but I was really amazed by how easy they are to consume.
Would definitely recommend
