Tried Them All
5And they are all reasonably palatable and because they are almost liquid they are really easy to swallow in the one go. They don't have the same carbo content as Zipvit so you might have to go through a few more gels in a big ride. Good as a bulk buy or in one of PBK's promotions though.

4High5 are known for their tasty sports nutrition and the IsoGel is no exception. Both the orange and berry flavours are refreshing rather than overpowering and neither get sickly even during longer races. This is probably aided by the gel’s thin consistency, which makes drinking it a cinch even if the sharp corners occasionally catch the inside of the mouth – though this is true of virtually every gel. As the name suggests, the IsoGel is isotonic, so doesn’t require generous slurping of water after consuming each gel.

3High5 IsoGel is not really a gel at all. Despite the name, it's a liquid. So it's a carb-based sports drink in a gel-style sachet. Thus, it delivers energy and hydration - unlike normal gels where you need to take on liquid separately

4These gels are really easy to eat compared to many other gels. It's nice not having to drink immediately after, makes it much easier. However, they are pretty big, so usually I don't want to carry them when running, but on bike rides these are good!

4just like other gels in terms of energy gainer. the difference is in the liquid consistency making them very easy to get down quick, and the fact you don't have to chase with water makes them more versatile during races and group rides where you don't always remember drink water after taking a gel.

5These are very easy to use because comes out from the package more easily than normal gels. The concentration makes it possible to take this without additional drinking.

3These are much better than the original gel from the manfacturer. You can feel the extra kick when you use this. Taste is just ok, and consistency isn't of my likes.. But try it and review it!

4Gives you that extra boost on long rides. Prefer these over the Gu packs. My favourite one is Citrus.

4I've tried all flavours and they are good: very subtle versus say Gu & Endura. Citrus the best. They are bigger than normal gels and much more liquid: which feels weird at first being basically a liquid not a gel. Be careful you don't spill some if you're consuming on the bike.
