4These gels are great, very goid for long runs and not gooey like other gels, would have got five stars but the delivery time wasnt great, but was resolved quickly after an email.

Good gels, keeps me going
5Have dabbled with several other brands, and always seem happier when I get back to these ones. Easy to yum down and seems to hit the bloodstream easier and dont coat my mouth. Taste is very acceptable and after all they are there for a purpose - if I want a contrived quuasi gourmet experience I'll forego the ride stay at home and monkey about in the kitchen.....erm no.

5Bought after being inundated with ads on FB - but pleased to have them - palatable, easy to swallow, gets me up the next few hills, and a good price. Get some!

Keeps you on the go
5Very nice texture, unlike other gels do not turn your stomach after a few. Mixed with a vodka, no joking apart great value for money not overpriced like many others and great flavours Highly Recommended
