Recharge without the battle
5I've been using the Summer Fruits High5 Energy Gels for years. The flavour is refreshing but not overpowering and the runny consistency means that you don't have to fight the packaging to get your recharge while you're concentrating on your race. These gels are a great source of energy during solid training sessions and races.

4High5 Energy Gels are smaller than the gels available from some other brands, but they taste good and slip down easily - and certainly deliver the energy you need on a long hard bike ride....The structure and texture of these High5 Energy Gels is light and thin, more like a juice than a gel, and noticeably different from some of the thicker gels available from other brands. This is good because the High5 gel is very easy to swallow.Nice-tasting energy gel, easy to consume, delivered in a small sachet and providing good performance benefits.

3Just like a too strong, mixed sports drink, nothing special. Didnt like it. But if thats the way you prefer, buy it.

5Much more of a "heavy juice" than your typical gel -- which means these are easy to take at any point in a ride or race!!! Flavours are great and the caffeine option can be used along with the HIGH5 guide to keep you motivated. These are comparable in your pocket to what's out there (perhaps a bit bulkier than same thick gooey gels), but ease of use and stomach-ability make these my first choice!
