Designed to offer a fit and ride attuned for stability, the Saucony Guide 6 trainers are ideal as an everyday training shoe. The all new sole unit includes traingular iBR+ pads integrated with deeper grooves in the forefoot to provide greater flexibility and responsiveness.

Complete with three independently responsive pods in the SRC crash pad, the Guide 6 deliver a smooth, efficient transition onto the midfoot. The midfoot saddle provides a snug, secure fit around the upper, and the ComfortLite Sockliner cradles the heel to support your arch and reduces peak pressure in the forefoot. - A.D.
