Poor Product Quality
I purchased in 2021 Sportful Speed Skin Booties. Used today, given -7 C climes, for the first —and only time. The large holes that now occupy the area beneath both toe cap render the booties unusable. How do I file a claim for refund? Patrick Dion Ottawa
Over shoe size
I am looking for new over shoe waterproof and thermal boots The sale boots at 40 pound look good but no size guide and in agreement with writer of response for these 50 pound boots the XL size is useless for size 10 upwards Keep shopping 😁
Terrible product
This is not what I was hoping for with this product. Firstly I am a size 36 and these booties fit up to a 38, I do not know who designed these but they do not fit over your shoe, let alone zip up. It would also take you about 10 minute to try even squeezing these over the shoe. Pro bike kit does also not have a sizing guide for shoes on here, or this product. Due to the Covid 19 I waited a month to receive these and there really no good.
