Santini MAGO BIB Shorts very very good. The design costs in mind too. A band that wraps the foot is suitable elasticity and tightness. Great Bibshorts!

Got these a few days ago and tried them on straight away. Felt a little tight, but I'd ordered XL as the sizing (on other sites) suggested. Went out for a ride in them today and just like it says the ads in the magazines, they are soooo comfortable. Pitched at a reasonable price too. A great buy.
