Quality jacket
Really happy with the jacket, very comfortable this morning in the frost and is still breatheable when things warm up. Packs small also so it fits easily into your jersey pocket. Sizing is typical of most brands so i went for an xl which is perfect (i'm 5.11 and 87kg). A high quality garment.
good versatile jacket
this is a close fitting jacket made completely of windstopper, no stretchy panels, no pit zips one pocket. it's great for an emergency shell and is fine for winter mornings around the freezing mark. i took it x-country skiing today over a merino base and i was warm in -2 winds (it is snowproof and showerproof...actually pretyy good on the bike in the rain). it breathes well for a complete windlayer but not nearly enough if you're working hard. you will get damp from sweat.
downsides: no vent zips, stupid use of black on sleeve fronts, not enough reflectives. good for the (reduced) price.
great value for a great jacket
This jacket fits close to body and is cut to allow great movement in the arms. The windstopper fabric does just that and I find I can get away with a much lighter layer than normal. This jacket is water resistant but not waterproof.
