Designed with the same race-ready technology as top-of-the-range professional-level wheels, the Campagnolo Bora One 50’s are a lightweight, aero wheelset that offers the same performance as some carbon wheelsets twice the price. In this tubular version, they even offer a similar ride quality to a professional-level Bora Ultra wheelsets. While the 50mm carbon rim allows these wheels to maximize aerodynamic gain, this doesn't come at the cost of weight. At just 1265 grams a set, the Bora One 50's certainly won't weigh you down when climbing. Due to the larger 24.2mm outer rim width, this wheelset can also accommodate larger tires for maximum comfort and grip.
Thanks to the AC3 (All Conditions Carbon Control) constructed brake track, these wheels go a long way to fixing the reputation carbon wheels have for poor braking. When used with the proprietary brake pads provided, these wheels offer up to 40% better braking performance in wet weather and 20% better braking performance in the dry conditions. These performance rims are combined with a class-leading set of large flange alloy hubs, which are filled with USB sealed ceramic bearings to guarantee a smooth spin, maximized rider efficiency and increased power transfer. These high-quality hubs are laced to the carbon rim by hand with bladed alloy spokes, 18 on the front and 21 on the rear, resulting in an exceptionally durable wheelset which are perfect for both heavy riders and rougher roads.

Superb wheels!
I bought these for 'training' to replace a set of Zipp 404s. These are as light as the Bora Ultras I have and seem just as good. Excellent braking with the rim surface & supplied brake blocks. Bearings are super smooth. Supplied with padded wheel covers as well. I've been delighted with these wheels - there's nothing not to like!

Amazing wheels
Superb wheels- I considered the Bora Ultras, but I didn't think they were worth the premium. These are fantastic quality, and extremely light. The hubs are smooth, and they look great. On the road, they feel really responsive, and they don't seem to flex when sprinting. I went for the dark label version, which I think looks very smart. they come with wheel bags and dedicated brake pads. Very speedy delivery as well.
