Cheap and light.. not strong
At this price you shouldn't be expecting this lock to save your £1000 road bike, what it is good for though is locking your helmet and bike to the pub table whilst you pop in quickly, but if some one wants your bike then there isn't much holding them back.

Never loose a key again, it's a barrel combination and you can choose your combination. It's great for your under 400$ bike commuter.
Good for the short term
Nice simple version of the Kryptonite cable with a barrel lock...be warned the 'undoing' of the code is a bit easy for those in the know. Very much a temporary (I'm ducking into the shop for 2 mins) lock
