Don’t compromise
5Fast reliable delivery. The bike box is just perfect. I used “cheaper” boxes before but they failed in some ways after going through airport handling after 2-3 times. I snapped up one of these boxes in the sale, and I already put it to use in a last minute trip. The box and bike within remained completely intact. I was amazed how easily it rolls by just keeping my hand on top of the box. Also, plenty of space left in the box to use it as luggage (if your airline allows it). Superb stress free experience with a box you can fully trust and relatively easily move around!

4Before buying Bonza Bike Box 2, I checked dimensions to make sure my mt. bike would fit. Also called ProBikeKit was assured it would. My bike is a Specialized Stumpjumper 29er. Hardtail. Disc brakes.11 speed rear cassette. Large frame size. Case arrived in good condition. Empty case (with packaging material) about 2lbs more than specified. To fit bike into box, the following was required. Tires and tubes off the wheels. Seat and seat tube, pedals, rear derailleur, handlebar, stem and fork all disassembled. Because of the way the wheels are packed, the frame had to be flipped 180 degrees (which is why the fork had to be removed). Adjustments to the padding were also made to accommodate the wide width of the rear dropouts. I cut the padding down almost an inch in the crankarm and chainstay area for the bike to lay more flush. I cut the supplied padding to be placed between the frame and wheels in half and replaced half of it with a thinner piece of padding that went over the rear dropout area. I also cut a whole in the padding for the rear wheel brace to fit better. At that point I was able to secure all bike parts into the box. Total weight was 61lbs. After 1 airplane trip and 1ground shipping, box held up well. Bike had no damage. Minor damage to one of the case latches. Would like to see stronger latches. All in all, I am happy with the box. It would be perfect for a road bike. Just a bit more work and adaption for a mt. bike.

5Purchased for a recent trip to the alps - watched the youtube video and was able to pack up my bike plus all the extras (track pump etc) and still come in under the weight limit. On the return trip, box ended up with two huge cuts down the length of the box (airline obviously pushed it along something quite sharp). Barely any damage to the box and none to the bike - can't imagine what the damage would have looked like on a soft case. Easy to use, with well thought out internal velcro straps and padding. Easy to wheel about, even one handed, leaving the other hand for your luggage. Very happy with my purchase.

Great investment!
5Needed a bike box. Spent a lot of time researching and saw Bonza had some great reviews so in the end I stumped up the cash and went for the Bonza Bike Box 2. A great decision - top box, bike fits well, easy to use and complete peace of mind.

Great bike box
5I bought this bike box for a trip to Switzerland, the box is solid, has great wheels and a good hinge, also has a two support struts to stop the box from crushing and velcro straps on the inside to secure everything. The box weighed in at 23kg with my road bike, some tools, helmet, shoes and some cycling clothes. Packing was really easy and made travelling hassle free.

Brilliant Box
5I bought this Bonza Bike Box for a long distance trip at the start of the year. I was so impressed with how easy and safe it was travelling with my bike. For a hard case it is surprisingly light weight. It was so easy to pack my bike and there was plenty of room for everything else. My bike arrived safely without any damage at all :) Very happy with choosing this bike box!

Best bike box I have ever had
5You might think "a bike box is a bike box" - well you would be wrong. I have used many over the years and this one is by far the best. Bonza have put a lot of thought into how you actually pack that beloved bike, and provide excellent padding and velcro straps within the box to protect your bike and make sure it doesn't move during transit. The box itself strikes the right balance between being light but also being hardy enough to withstand the rigours of airport handling. I travelled to the USA with mine recently and despite best efforts of the customs team, the box was not broken. That's a first! Bonza also do a brilliant job of personalising the boxes with stickers with your choice of logos. They look fabulous. Cant fault it!

Great Box & Highly Recommended
5I purchased this Bonza Bike Box and used it twice, great box and likewise in the protection it offered the bike and easy to manoeuvre. Like any product they can develop a fault, mine did, a very minor one, but excellent customer service resulted in my box being replaced. I would certainly recommended the Bonza Bike Box to a number of people as well as promoting them through my club. Great product, great service. Martin

Strong, Simple, Effective
5Having just returned from having used my new box for the first time, I can only say good things! It's lightweight, and very easy to pack. The instructions and videos online and included with the box are clear and easy to follow and it's very easy to fit the support struts etc. The box functions well, and the wheels are super-helpful for when you have to push it around the airport. Excellent product.

Quality Hard Case
5I have hired other hard case bike boxes before but recently purchased this one for a trip to Italy. I was very impressed with the quality of the box and happy to see my bike arrived safe and secure on the other side… the bright red case was easy to spot and stood out from the rest :) 🙂 Fitting my bike was easy and hassle free with a few simple steps and a good online video. Overall very happy with my new bike box!
