The new Ksyrium 30 Disc is a perfect entry point into high-level race performance. This all-new UST Road Tubeless system delivers a smoother ride and improved puncture resistance while retaining a lightweight feel for climbing and accelerating.
By removing the tube, we’ve also removed friction, so there’s less rolling resistance, which means it requires less energy to reach higher speeds.
The 30mm deep rim optimizes aero performance and improves stability in crosswinds. The alloy rim benefits from our unrivaled experience creating light yet strong rim extrusions. We do this by carefully tuning the thickness of the rim wall to hit the sweet spot between stiffness, strength and weight.
The bladed straight pull spokes are laced to our high-end Infinity hub platforms: optimal spoke tension balance is a guarantee for perfect stiffness and great durability, with only 1 spokes length for both wheels to worry about.
The Instant Drive 360 ratchet freewheel system is quick to engage and offers low friction.

Mavic Ksyrium 30 Disc
Fantastic value wheel set they are fairly light, mine weighed in at 1840 with tape, valves and the quick release adapters in place. They came with both 12mm thru axle and quick release adapters in the box along with a set of tubeless valves. The rim already had the tubeless tape preinstalled. The wheels feel and look great, with a shallow but somewhat aero profile fitted to double bladed aero spokes. My only slight gripe with the wheel was the difficulty in getting the tires to seat correctly, this may be an issue with the tires so I won't hold it against the wheel set. They look very good and definitely have a much more premium feel than I was expecting. The freehub is very quite and engages almost instantly very similar to the DT Swiss hubs which is great for me (I know some people love a loud freehub, this is one). Overall if your looking for an inexpensive set of gravel wheels that are very light or a set of disc brake training wheels these represent good value for the money. An additional plus they only took 4 days to ship from the UK to southern California. I would also recommend setting them up tubeless if you do get them and one less thing to worry about plus its pretty easy as everything comes ready and all you will need is a bottle of sealant and some tubeless tires.
