Good grip & smooth ride
I normally ride the EVO CX. I bought these for a week of riding in the alps as there was a good chance of rain. In the dry they feel faster, smoother and have great grip. Not that the CX's aren't already excellent. It did rain and I had to make some high speed descents on steep twisty roads in pouring rain to stay with my group. No worries, these tires stuck like glue. I can't actually say how much of the difference was in my head and how much was the tires but I have lost traction on CX's and these never felt near the limit of adhesion. They do wear a little faster but not by much. I was also running latex tubes but I run them on the CX also
