pretty good for clinchers

These are very nice tyres if you have to ride clinchers.
I've used them for training/general riding as well as racing. Most punctures have occurred in wet conditions (typical for clinchers, I find) but are generally quite good in this regard.
Nice feel, rear does seem to get squared off after a few thousand km though. Not really a criticism as that's probably the trade off for good road feel. I'd certainly prefer to ride these and replace them a little more often than go with a more durable wooden training tyre.
Great racing tyre
5I've been using these tyres for a couple of years now since I took up racing. Brilliant tyre. Used Conti GP3000/4000 before & they were fine, but not as good as the Vittoria's. You can pump them up to 8-10 bar which I like as I prefer to have rock solid tyres when racing. They look fantastic in black too.

4As soon has I had put those on my wheels I went for a ride and what a difference ! The road feel is incredible and smooth. Went on a ride with a friend, he got two flats (at once) and nothing for me. They do use up a bit faster than my old tires (GP4000), especially if I have to brake hard to stop (they'll scream also). But even with that I'll buy them again when needed.

I was sceptical at first about cotton casing at 10 bar pressure but after 500km I'm convinced.
They roll a lot 'softer' than regular tires despite the high pressure. The rolling resistance is minimal compared to my old Continental and Specialized. They feel very fast.
I can't comment on tread life so far but at this price for such a good tire, who cares!

Buy lots of tubes with tires
1I rode these tires for the summer here in Arizona. I've never had to fix so many flats. I do not recommend these tires if you live where there are a lot of thorns or remnants of steel belted tires on the road. I do recommend that you buy lots of tubes if you ride these tires.

1On almost every ride I had a flat. If you live in a desert region where there are a lot of cacti, do not purchase there tires. I went through a dozen tubes before I returned to the Rubino Pros.

4These are a very fast and stable tire, they are great for racing. I have had problems with durability, as one tire got pretty cut up only after 1000 or so km. Definitely good for a race wheelset, possibly training

5A great tyre for racing, but racing only, they wear quickly and are a little prone to punctures. But if your after the fastest tyre with awesome feel and handling this is the one for you.
