Great tire for rough roads without weighing yourself down. Minimal rolling resistance and good traction. Nothing is totally puncture proof, but these stand up to Texas roads when other tires fail. I keep a rolling stock on my shelf.
Wears good and cuts less. This is now my favorite tire. Have had only one flat and that was from a piece of wire from steel belted radial car/truck tires. Have kicked out rocks that I thought would damage the side wall but none so far. Only draw back is there is no wear indicator holes so am waiting to see what is going to tell me it is worn out.
It's the best endurance tire I've ever experienced. Two thumbs up. If you want both speed and durability, this tire will be the answer.
I really like the Michelin Pro 4 Endurance. I feel like they have extra grip on the road, which makes me more secure in my Los Angeles city rides. Look good too.
Thanks, I received the tires today and they are excellent! They were packed well and I enjoy doing business with ProBikeKit.
Love this tire. There isn't a softer more compliant tire anywhere. Like riding on a pillow yet performs well. Sizing runs a little large.
I like the tires very much and they warrant a solid 5 stars. Good traction and so far (500 miles or so) no issues with durability, flats, or other. However, PBK shipping was very slow -- at least a full month, which is slow even by international standards. I have used them before and they are usually about 2 weeks to the USA, so don't know what happened here. Bottom line: good product, good prices, but PBK is not Amazon Prime. Prices are hard to beat if you have the time, but If you need your product in a hurry, shop elsewhere.
I was recommended to try this tire it was the fastest I've been on but I would like to try the red
I would normally have in something like 3,000 miles by this time of year but due to circumstances I've only 1,000. I put the Michelin Pro4 Endurance on perhaps 200 miles ago. Right off the bat the one thing that stood out was that they had a great deal lower rolling resistance than Brand X. and at 3/5ths the cost. It also has better cornering traction. Yesterday I got a flat. It appeared to be from a Goathead Thorn but there was no remainder inside or out. This isn't the normal time of year for goatsheads but this has been an unusual years. While looking over the tire one thing stood out - no cuts. Only that one tiny hole. Brand X normally has sidewall damage pretty rapidly though it's always hard to tell. Another belted tire, Brand Y, was put on another bike and within 100 miles it had large cuts in the rubber and the belt actually showing through. Though it hasn't gotten any flats. I'm pretty satisfied with the tires and will wear these to the limit and try another set to really access them properly.
