The Continental Sprinter Gatorskin Tyres inherits the best qualities of the hugely popular Ultra Gatorskin road tyre, with its durable carbon black tread mixture, puncture protection breaker layer and Duraskin anti-cut fabric. The Sprinter Gatorskin features the comfortable and lightweight feel of a tubular tyre.
Professional riders use the same combination in their tyres for Pari-Roubaix and other classic events that take a toll on equipment. If you want to put in the miles, but your streets don't have the greatest tarmac, then this durable tubular tyre is for you. - A.D.

Beat training tubular ever.. Eun them to the threads!
Excellent training tubular. They run down to the threads!
So far I have put 400 miles on these tires and they are holding up great. No flats, they hold air pressure for days. They roll well and no problems with cornering. I would definitely use these tires again.
Best tubular tire that I've purchased. Ride well and last long for daily used.
As always, a great tire. Great price on this site.
These tires are hands down the best I've found for all-around use and durability. I ride 22mm's (not enough frame clearance for 25mm) on every surface imaginable this summer including several rides with bony, steep uphill/downhill gravel sections - never had a flat or issue. The tires weigh a bit more (negligible compared to other tubulars in my opinion), but the wearability is easily 2x any other tire I've ever tried. All tubies are a pain to change - so having a tire you seldom change makes all the difference.
Everything about doing business with ProBikeKit exceeds my expectations for an on-line shopping experience. From the customer interface for browsing and placing orders to fulfillment and delivery times. Great prices and the assurance that everything ordered is authentic and great quality make ProBikeKit my 'go to' supplier for all my cycling needs!
Maybe you wouldn't want these tires, if your riding consisted solely of races on glass-smooth roads completely free of glass or thorns. But if that's not the case, I cannot recommend a better tire for you. The extra weight over the non-Gatorskin Sprinter is negligible, but these are MUCH more puncture-resistant. Also, they have a different tread pattern than the non-Gatorskin Sprinter: I prefer the slight patterning on the Gatorskin, which I feel gives better grip. But the most surprising aspect of these is that they roll fast and are quite comfortable, even when pumped up to 120-130psi. I have also tried the Competition and the GP4000 tubulars, both of which wear much more quickly and are much more puncture prone. Presumably this is the intended trade-off for those racing tires, but I'm not convinced they're any faster (though admittedly I haven't conducted any scientific experiments). PBK ought to carry the 25mm width, given the current fashion for wider tires (justified IMHO).
Have tried other tubulars but these are so dependable and durable.
