5After many years of not paying attention to tyres, thinking the expensive ones can't be *that* different! I bought these as they were on offer. I couldn't believe the difference they made. The grip and roll resistance is far superior to all the mid range tyres I've nought before, especially the grip. Cornering is so much more assured and gives you confidence the wheels aren't going to slip away from beneath you. They even feel noticeably better than the Gatorskins I had before. The puncture protection. Is also good, although not infallible. I've picked up several cuts that haven't punctured or affected performance, although I have had one flat that must have been caused by something pin sharp (but it didn't stay in the tyre). All in all the best tyre I've ever used and I may well never buy anything different in future!

5Got these tyres in May, rode nearly 900 miles on them and not 1 puncture. Wearing well. A great all round tyre.

4Have used these tires and been very satisfied. today had a sidewall blowout on new tire. Found an oblique cut running nearly from rim to rim with blowout on sidewall. On inspection I found exactly same defect on the other tire. Don't know of running over anything. Suspect that may have happend but wonder if anybody has had similar problem?

5These tyres added 3 km/hr to my riding speed. They have very good grip in most conditions. Outstanding value.

5The Continental GP 4000S are by far the most durable tires I’ve ever run. Having previous ran Michelin Pro 4 Service Course, Vittoria Rubino Pro Slick, Vittoria Zaffiro Pro, and Vredstein Fortezza TriComp these tires have outlasted them all. I’m 4,500km in on my first set and just finally have rotated them due to squaring in the rear. I would have rotated them earlier but I have yet to flat on them. I would put the Michelin Pro 4’s ahead of them on cornering and grip on climbing but I had severe issues with cuts and flats with those tires. I typically like to try a different set of tires every time I need to replace them but it’s going to be hard to buy anything different with the track record so far. The service from PBK is top-notch and they almost always throw something free in your order. Living in Canada it takes about 9-10 business days to receive. Small orders you typically do not get hit with duty. Probably won't find these tires anywhere cheaper.

5Love the Continental GP 4000s, second set I have on my wheels, the first ran for over 5000 km. and the wear dimples were still visible. Very dependable tires. Great service from. Probikekit, their prices cannot be beaten. I live in Canada, and it's a hit and miss with the duty charges, this time it was a hit, and even with the additional charges applied, they came well below the cost if I was to purchase locally.
