Valve Extenders
I have fitted these to inner tubes with both fixed & removeable valves with no problems. I pre-fit them with a little PFTE tape to seal the threads. They make removing the tube harder as you have to remove tyre as well. Only slight downside is you can't use pumps with screw-on adaptors.
