Outstanding

debated over this purchase for a while as I already owned a traditional style workstand. don't know why now as it's a superb peace of kit I couldn't be without found it easy to assemble two main pieces that slot into each other. mainly use it for cleaning the bike and it is great to be able to get both wheels off and swivel the bike 360 degrees. would definitely recommend this product and this web site as it's the cheapest price around with free delivery.

Excellent

Very solid bit of kit. Had a bit of trouble with assembly, but ok now. Very securely holds my carbon road bike. Easily adjusted to use with my son's Isla Luath 24". Not tried using rear wheel removed to secure.

Exellent

Have had a few..this is in all ways the very best

Good once you assemble it

This stand is great once you get it assembled. Assembly is a little bit of a pain though so be warned. But once you get it assemble, it is well thought out. Can spin 360 degrees which is nice. My only niggle is that the bottom bracket area is not quite elevated enough so on bikes that have a larger protruding cable guide it will sit on that and you will have to use a piece of foam so you don't damage your cable guide.

Great Workstand

This stand was great for my new carbon frame.

I no longer had to worry about clamping the top tube or the seat post and possibly damaging the frame.

The bike stays very stable while mounted on the work stand.

The quality of the stand is great and it was very easy to assemble.

Good value, versatile stand, loses marks for portability

I recently purchased the Tacx T3050 Team Workstand as a replacement for an older Park stand. After seeing a number of the pro teams using the fork mount style stands I decided it was time to give it a try.

My initial impressions of it are very positive. It was easy to set up, and despite the only fastening point being the fork mount it is extremely stable for both mountain and road applications.

Being able to rotate the bike on the stand and adjust the height is immensely useful. It allows you to easily reach areas that would otherwise require a bit of contortion and provides you with a better vantage to adjust thing like a reach mech.

The biggest downside to the Tracx versus the equivalent Park is that it does not fold away as easily. The Park’s mounting tray folds lengthwise allowing for the whole stand to be put away or transported easily – the Tacx collapses, but you will have to remove the top mount tray to get it neatly bundled up.

All in all, an excellent stand, representing good value that won’t put un-needed pressure on carbon bits and will accommodate pretty much any frame.
