Good piece of kit

Since buying this I've used this tool more than I thought I would, without having to take my bikes to the shop to let any johnny come lately to remove my headsets. I had tried the old cut pvc pipe trick but that only really works on recently installed cups who dont need much persuading to be removed. For the old crusty headsets this tool is a must and a few solid hits and out they come. Have even used it with a light tap to remove headset bearings that wont want to come out of the headset cups by hand. Well worth the expense for the convenience of having it in the shed.

Good, if you are a bike shop

The amount of times I used this dictated why I sold it. Most bike shops will knock out your old cups for a very low price. Resetting the cups for a similarly low price. This really determines this as a 'shop tool'...and only useful if you are replacing a lot of headsets/cups
