Forma has the same structure and design as the Carbon lite model. The body in elastomerized Nylon 12 filled with carbon fiber is covered in real leather in the black versions and microfibre in the colored ones. This model is not padded, therefore Forma is particularly suited for cyclists used to pedaling on rigid seats with an average width.
The Forma model has been designed for cyclists who are looking for greater seat comfort compared to that guaranteed by the narrower Composit version. The patented features by Selle SMP such as the completely free central channel, the original eagle-beak nose and the raised rear make these models additionally streamlined.
"Designed on your body", the advertising slogan for the seat, defines it best. Indicated for people with a medium-wide pelvis.

SMP forma seat
Best seat for prostate cancer patient. No central pressure and allow sit bone to smoothly ride along the contoured surface and get low into a lower tucked position. Riding post surgery really helped. I evolved from Evolution seat to Forma and found it more comfortable. The hard surface really works well with ASSOS padded shorts. Love this seat.
Good Saddle
I like this SMP4Bike Forma Saddle because it has the curvy shape of the old Selle Italia Concur saddle, but introduces the soft tissue area cutout to eliminate the numbness that the Concur caused. I've only used the new saddle once, but after 50 miles it delivered as expected.
