Please note Deda handlebars state that they have a 31.7mm clamp diameter but the precise measurement for the clamp diameter is 31.75mm which most manufacturers round up to 31.8mm but Deda round down to 31.7mm. So a Deda handlebar will fit a 31.8mm stem.
