A great set of levers
The Centaur 10spd shift/brake levers are comfortable, durable, and lightweight. The newer versions have a carbon wrapped aluminium brake blade. My older set are solid carbon, which I prefer.
The main benefit of the Centaur levers is their great feel. They have several comfortable positions and provide a solid perch. The shifting is solid, but the right lever lacks the positive "click" that previous versions and other models have. It is a trait I have grown accustomed to, but I will switch to the clicking version with the next rebuild.
The maintenance is one of the main reasons to go with Campagnolo parts in general. Every piece can be replaced from the Spare Parts catalogue right down to the smallest washer. These levers really will last for years and years.
The main downside is the lock of a positive engagement with the right lever. The new, aluminium lever is also a downside, but it does not detract from performance.
Overall these are great levers. With the newer 11spd range it is a matter of time before they become obsolete, but until then these are a great buy.

More curves than Sofia Loren, Campagnolo really got the formula right with these brifters. No comparison to the Campagnolo Record carbon set these replaced, they are better in every conceivable way. Smooth but solid shifting, Brake levers that fall naturally at hand. That awesome ergonomic curve to the hoods that make these brifters melt into my Cinelli Ram handlebars. Life is good.
