The patented nokon konkavex system, brake and gear problems are now yesterday's news. This has been made possible through the application of a new and ingenious kind of technology - flexible link joints combined with a pressure-stable outer sheath resulting in absolute precision in gears and brakes. And we mean in the long term.

- This cable system includes 1.5m of anodised aluminium outer, 2 x 2m of the black 'sheath' outer (this goes inside the aluminium outers and houses the cable) and 2 x inner gear cables (2250mm) and 2 x inner brake cables (1800mm), plus all the relevant ends, stops and protective hose.

Please note:
- Before you start to assemble your nokon set we advise to verify the length of your old cable housing and to use them as a base.
- If you wish to upgrade both gear and brake cables you may need to purchase two full sets or you may be able to purchase one full cable set and an extension kit depending on the lengths of outer casing you need.
- For big frames or brake cables which runs through the frame nokon recommend to use the Cable Extension Kit with a full set.

Cant recommend this product
Against
- an absolute pita to fit.
- you must buy 2 full kits to do gears and brakes, a full kit and ext. kit will not have all the parts.
- of the 4 outer lines I received two had blockages that meant i had to cut them in half.
- depending on how the lines route through your frame you may experience binding.
For
- they look cool
- in principle the end to end liner seems like a good idea.
- brake lines do have less compression under braking.
Verdict
- I prefer the sram gore-ride-on product.
