How Do I Earn PBK Reward Points?
Earning PBK Reward Points is simple. PBK is more than just a shop its a community of like minded cyclists across the globe. Of course we want you to shop with us but we also want to hear your views and the views of your friends that will help inform us and our suppliers about what's hot and what's not. How Can I Check My PBK Reward Points Balance?
To check how many PBK Reward Points you have collected simply go to My Account and login to see your balance on the PBK Reward Points tab.
How Do I Redeem My PBK Reward Points?
Redeeming PBK Reward Points is simple. If you have collected enough reward points in your account (minimum balance 400 points required in order to redeem) these will be translated into real money available for you to spend when you select your payment method the next time you go through the checkout at ProBikeKit. If you don't have enough PBK Reward Points for your purchase you can part pay with Reward Points and make the balance up with another payment method e.g. credit card
When Do PBK Reward Points Get Added To My Account?
PBK Reward Points are added to your account when we charge your card for the items you have purchased. We do not automatically charge your card as soon as you place an order online because we have to go through a number of processing checks but once these are completed the PBK Reward Points will be added to your account. Similarly if you return items to PBK for a refund we take off the relevant number of PBK Reward Points from your account.
PBK reward points are available for you to spend for up to 1 year from the date they were awarded. So that you don't miss out on spending your reward points that you earned in relation to an order you placed some time ago, we'll send you a reminder email before they expire.
