We offer a number of delivery options, which are presented when you checkout, together with details of the expected delivery timescale, which will also be confirmed in our email to you confirming dispatch of your order.

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver to over 100 countries worldwide. We can deliver to your home or work address to make things convenient for you. We always recommend you nominate a delivery address where somebody will be in attendance that you trust to receive your items and if necessary sign for your parcel if you are not available. You will be asked during checkout to specify a delivery address, you can also set up multiple addresses for future use by logging into your account and using the Address Book feature.

How Quickly Will I Receive My Items?

We will always do our best to dispatch orders within one working day of receipt of order, except for items requiring advance orders as indicated on our Websites. During busy periods this time frame can increase and we will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. UK orders will be delivered using first class Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Delivery is normally expected within 5 days from our email confirming dispatch of your order, if not sooner. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery within the UK.

International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Delivery is normally expected within 10 to 21 days of our email confirming dispatch of your order. Please allow up to 28 working days from the date of dispatch for delivery outside the UK.

From time to time we will operate offers during which standard deliveries will be free of charge for selected items or orders over a specified value. Details of such offers will be shown on the Website, including during checkout.

Tracked and Priority Delivery Options

We offer courier service options to some destinations for an additional charge. Where appropriate these will be presented when you checkout. These provide a faster guranteed delivery service (Monday-Friday deliveries only) and parcel tracking online. Please note that for these services a signature is required on delivery.

Priority Picking

You can upgrade your order by selecting Priority Picking in your shopping cart. This guarantees that your order will be fast tracked to the front of the queue in the warehouse with same day pick and dispatch as a priority before Standard Orders, (excludes out of stock and Preorder Items).

Will I Have To Pay Customs Duties?

If your delivery address is outside of the UK or EEC, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

What If My Delivery Is Late, Damaged Or There Is An Error?

Late Deliveries

If a delivery you are expecting does not arrive within the timeframe indicated please contact us. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. Delivery timescales quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.

Protection During Shipment

We arrange insurance for your order during shipment, so you are not at risk if items are damaged or lost during shipment. The risk in the goods passes to you on their delivery.

Delivery Errors

We take great care to ensure that the dispatch of your order is complete and we send you the correct items. However, occasionally, there may be mistakes, and you should contact us within 7 days of delivery if you discover any errors in your order. We shall not be liable to you for short delivery of the goods however caused but will provide you with the outstanding goods as soon as is reasonably practical.
