Dual Control Levers:
- Similar in look to the Dura-Ace shifters but with digital shifting, simply press to change gear, shifting is as easy as pressing a key on a keyboard.
- Unidirectional carbon fibre brake lever blades. The levers themselves weigh 155g less than mechanical 7900 levers.

Rear Derailleur:

Chain:
- Chain uses a directional design, inner and outer plates are shaped so as to optimise shifting and chain performance.
