The 105 groupset makes 'pro-level' technology more accessible to part time racers and fitness enthusiasts. From the shifters down to the rear derailleur, this groupset borrows from its big brother Dura-Ace.

The shifters feature the new internal routing for the cable outers and the complete weight has come down to 2481g (Manufacturer claimed).

• STI Shifters - cables are routed under the bar tape: re-development and positioning of the internal mechanism provides a faster, lighter and smoother shift.
• Brakeset - feature SLR design for quick linear response, increased rigidity and improved braking power.
• Rear Derailleur - integrates the wide link design prominently featured in both Dura-Ace and Ultegra derailleurs.
• Front Derailleur - silky smooth and seamless shifts can be made even under the heaviest of loads.
• Chain - asymmetrical design of the new 105 chain helps tame the most challenging shifts.
• Cassette - available in a wide range of ratios to suit all types of rider.
• BB - HollowTech II has wider bearing placement and a larger axle diameter for increased stiffness and efficiency.

A groupset typically consists of 8 items - chainset, BB, shifters, brakeset, rear & front derailleur, cassette and chain. Please make sure you select all of these overleaf (an own brand cableset is included with all shifter sets).

Don't forget you can customise your groupset with items like Gore Ride-On cables or a Chris King BB by clicking 'CUSTOMIZE' above. Please note that with extras (hoods, cables and jockey wheels etc) these will require fitting and you will still receive the original equipment. With the Nokon cables you require 2 sets for a groupset (for brake and gear).
