Good basic replacements - Review by Scott

They aren't light or spectacular in any fashion, but if you need a replacement that will do the job, especially if you are hard on equipment and ride in all weather, these are for you. I do use a different set of jockey wheels on my race bike, but these are the best for my training bike.
