Good jockey's, best if you ride a lot in wet weather (Shimano G-pulley's gum up a bit too easily). Ceramic bearings still have a steel race so rust can still occur

Can be a bit hard to keep looking nice and clean, but overall a good upgrade to most derailleurs and looks bling on a white bike!
