Natural love. - Review by Espen

Yup. Natural love. As a native norwegian I have worn wool since birth. I have worn all different kinds of wool, from that itching oldschool to new fancy colored kinds. The Baa-Baa gives me that oldschool feeling, but without the itch. Beautiful smell of sheep when wet. Feels great on, even on the warmer days. Only question is on the sizing - I'm usually a medium, so I bought a medium, but it feels large under a regular fit jersey. I'll choose a small one next time. That one star missing is due to weird sizing (several co-riders claim the same) - go get one still!

Merino Wool!!! - Review by Bedge

This baselayer is fantastic! I used to have cotton material, and the comparison is unbelievable!!

Not only does the merino wool absorb my sweat during a long ride, it keeps my core warm during those freezing mornings!

I Love Wool! - Review by David

I love wool! It is the greatest fabric ever for all seasons. Now, I'm not one of those old school purist who you see wearing a vintage wool Molteni jersey in the middle of summer. But I understand wool and I do wear my wool socks all season. No man made fabric can wick away moisture like wool. That is why it is so great all year 'round. In the summer you don't want moisture because no one wants to be wet when it's 90% humidity, like in the NE US where I live. But you also don't want to be wet in the winter because that is how you end up being cold. Wool solves that problem. After owning the Baa Baa long sleeve baselayer for several years I decided I needed the sleeveless. It's not quite as cool as the fishnet type baselayers that can be worn in the hottest of weather, but if you need something to keep you warm in the spring or autumn without making you overheat, when you might be taking the arm warmers on and off and long sleeves would be in the way, this is the baselayer for you. Modern superfine Merino wool is so soft and conformable you might not want to take this thing off. The days of itchy wool knitted by your grandmother are gone. This is the best fabric to have right on your skin. Now, as far a sizing, it's a baselayer so I would go on the small side. It will stretch. The last thing you want is a baggy base layer trying to fit under your aero race jersey. But keep in mind, it is not a synthetic material so it will shrink a little bit when washed and hung to dry.
