Pleasant tasting and convienient electrolyte tablets
After suffering from leg cramps I started adding powders like gatorade and other supermarket available eletrolytes to my water. None of these proved effective and after a bit of readings I discovered they are quite limited in the type of eleytrolytes going back into the body and really are just salty cordial.
I came across eletrolyte tablets as an alternate to powders and after trying a few different ones I came across Zipvit ZV0. Zipvit seem to have a pretty good balance of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium with some extra minerals they claim also come out in sweat. - Without the sugar rush.
I've gone through about 5 boxes (20 tablets each) of the watermelon and love them. I use them for training, to hydrate before big rides and during. unlike some other electrolyte tablets, these are individually wrapped which makes them super convienient to grab and chuck in your jersey pockets.

Tried this for the first time. It has a pleasant taste, not too strong.
