The Under Armour men's Spine HL training shoes have been engineered to provide a light, flexible feel without compromising any comfort or support typically offered by Under Armour's high-quality constructions. The upper uses a lightweight, supportive foam sandwiched between durable ripstop on the top, with a breathable mesh below offering ventilation to the foot.

At the midsole, UA's innovative Spine^™ technology in the heel provide the trainer's distinguishing flexibility, while full-length Micro G^™ foam turns cushioned landings into explosive take-offs. The forefoot outrigger also provides unrivalled stability through lateral movement, and a composite TPU shank gives even greater midfoot support.

A soft, plush feel is offered at the footbed by full-length 4D Foam^® sock liner which also gives added comfort and a customised fit. A solid rubber outsole ensures optimum traction and full ground contact so that you are in complete control of your movements.
