Second best.
I have been a Gore fan. However in the PBK recent sale I invested in PBKs own label. I still love Gore bike kit however PBK is more than comparable and the cost element is the reason I have marked Gore a 4 star rating. The product is still quality but PBKs own label is easily it's equal and at a fraction of the price.
